Now, I hate to admit I drag "Sweet Lane" to stuff all the time and 95% of the time he DOES NOT want to go... but I don't think he would go as far as to staging his own kidnapping... I hope not at least. Check this story out:
A pillar of any good relationship is communication. Last week,
Rogelio Andaverde let it be known that he'd rather be kidnapped at
gunpoint than tell his wife he wanted to go out partying.
The 34-year-old Edinburg, Texas man allegedly staged his own
kidnapping last Tuesday. At about 10:30 p.m. he had his buddies --
wearing masks and toting guns -- break into his home while his wife was
there and take him at gunpoint, police tell the San Antonio Express-News.
The frantic woman called authorities, who fanned out across the neighborhood
to look for Andaverde, Fox News reports. Police grew suspicious when
they couldn't find any leads, and even more-so when Andaverde turned up.
He reportedly told his wife that his kidnappers showed mercy and set
him free. But later he allegedly confessed that he lied about the
kidnapping so he could go out on the town with his buddies. He also
reportedly said he was afraid of his wife.
"We have people file false reports all the time, and we put them in jail for it," Hidalgo County Sheriff Guadalupe Treviño told The Monitor. "But I've never had someone do it just to get out of the house."
Andaverde was charged with making a false report, and deputies are
looking for his friends -- the bogus kidnappers -- for questioning.

(11/3/14) : The driver of a sport utility vehicle was airlifted to a Little Rock hospital and three others suffered minor injuries following an accident involving a South Conway County school bus Thursday morning. Johnathan Trafford, director of emergency management for Conway County, says the accident occurred on Highway 124 just east of Springfield. He says the bus was slowing down and had activated its caution light when the driver of the SUV hit the rear of the bus. There were 13 students on the bus at the time of the accident, and Shawn Halbrook, superintendent of the South Conway County School District, says every student was examined on scene by EMTs. Two students, along with the bus driver, were taken by ambulance to St. Vincent Morrilton for treatment of minor injuries. Halbrook says parents were notified as soon as the accident occurred, and that students were cared for on scene by district personnel. Halbrook says most of the students who were not injured did make it to school Thursday. The accident is being investigated by Arkansas State Police. Linda Smith, witness to accident, visited with me today about what she saw:
