SUMMER FEEDING PROGRAM (THRU 7/26/18)
The summer feeding program at Morrilton High School continues through July 26th. Breakfast will be served at 7:30 a.m. and lunch will be served at 11:00 a.m. in the cafeteria every Monday through Thursday. The free meals are available to all children in the community age 18 and younger.
MILITARY MUSEUM CLOSED (THRU 8/1/18)
The Malik-Perkins Military Museum on Highway 113 West next to KVOM Radio will be closed for the remainder of July while displays are being worked on. It will re-open August 3rd.
HEALTH CARE SURVEY (THRU 8/1/18)
As part of her doctorate capstone research, Morrilton native Tiffany Wilkerson is conducting a survey to assess the rural population's interest in telehealth to improve access to health care. The online survey is open to anyone age 18-65 who resides outside the Morrilton city limits in Conway County. The survey is completely anonymous and can be found online at https://bit.ly/2Nbggw3. It will remain open through early August.
MHS CLASS OF 1988 REUNION (THRU 9/22/18)

ACREAGE REPORTING (7/16/18)
Monday (7/16/18) is the deadline for farmers in Conway, Perry and Faulkner County to file a crop certification report for spring seeded crops with the local Farm Service Agency office. You can call 354-2000 ext. 2 to schedule an appointment.
WASTEWATER UTILITY COMMISSION (7/16/18)
The regular meeting of the Morrilton Wastewater Utility Commission will be held Monday (7/16/18) at 5:00 p.m. at the Wastewater Meeting Building on Chestnut Street in Morrilton.
PERRY COUNTY ELECTION COMMISSION (7/16/18)
The Perry County Election Commission will meet with Disability Rights Arkansas on Monday (7/16/18) at 5:00 p.m. to discuss polling sites. The meeting will be held at the McNeal Courts Building in Perryville.
MENIFEE TOWN COUNCIL (7/16/18)
The Menifee Town Council will meet in regular session on Monday (7/16/18) at 6:00 p.m. at Menifee Town Hall.

A HISTORY OF QUILTS (7/20/18)
The Rialto Gallery in downtown Morrilton is hosting "A History of Quilts" with Jim Gatling on Friday (7/20/18). A steak or chicken dinner will be served at 6:00 p.m. with the presentation to start at 7:00. There will also be an exhibit of quilts made by Jim on display. MILAM LIBRARY ANNIVERSARY (7/21/18)
The Max Milam Library in Perryville will celebrate its 25th anniversary on Saturday (7/21/18) from 1:00-4:00 p.m. The celebration includes Sounds in the Stacks concert featuring vocalist and pianist Michael Heavner at 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. Historian Tim Nutt will provide a program on the history of Perry County and the library at 2:00. Refreshments and crafts for children will be available throughout the afternoon.
ST. MARY BAZAAR (7/21/18)
St. Mary Catholic Church in St. Vincent will hold its annual bazaar on Saturday (7/21/18). An all-you-can-eat barbeque beef supper with all the trimmings will be served from 4:00-8:00 p.m. for $15 for adults, $6 for children age 4-12 and free for kids age 3 and under. There will also be a raffle, silent auction, and games for all ages, including bingo, ham & bacon, and kiddie land starting at 5:00 p.m.

The Arkansas River Valley Audubon Society will meet Monday (7/23/18) at 7:00 p.m. in Room 010 of the Donald W. Reynolds Center for Life Sciences at Hendrix College in Conway. The public is welcome and refreshments will be served.
