Morrilton Housing Authority is temporarily located at the former location of Suddenlink Cable at Hwy 9 bypass and Hwy 64 at the eastern city limits. Their offices are undergoing maintenance and they will operate out of that office until further notice.

Knights of Columbus Council 5209 in Morrilton is holding a raffle to raise funds to upgrade the kitchen at their hall. Tickets are $20 each for the raffle called "Live Free for a Month." For one lucky winner, the Council will pay their rent or mortgage up to $1,500; electricity bill up to $300; natural gas bill up to $100; water bill up to $100; cell phone bill up to $250; cable or satellite bill up to $200; home and auto insurance premiums up to $300; medical insurance premium up to $750; car payment up to $500; and the cost of groceries and dining up to $1,000. Morrilton Parks and Recreation is holding registration for the 2020 spring youth baseball and softball season through February 1st. Leagues are available for boys and girls from age 4-16. The fee is $60 per child and $50 for each additional sibling. Registration forms and uniform sizing are available at Morrilton Community Center. QUORUM COURT (1/27/20)
The Conway County Quorum Court will meet Monday (1/27/20) at 5:00 p.m. at the courthouse in Morrilton. A joint meeting of the Budget & Finance and Personnel & Governmental Committees will take place prior to the meeting at 4:30.

The Morrilton Community Center will offer group swimming lessons Monday (1/27/20) through Thursday (1/30/20) at 6:30 p.m. It's $40 for members and $50 for non-members. Adult lessons are offered and private lessons are available upon request. For more information, call 354-4122.
